Ingredients
- 2 lbs hot bulk sausage
- 2 lbs Velveeta cheese
- 1 can evaporated milk, 16 oz
- Tabasco to taste
- 1 pkg dry garlic salad dressing mix
- 1 large jar pimentos
- Fresh tortilla chips
Preparation
Step 1
1. In skillet, crumble and cook sausage until well done. Drain grease; in double boiler, melt cheese. Add evaporated milk. Stir in sausage and seasonings; Heat thoroughly. Serve in chafing dish with tortilla chips.
