Ingredients

  • 2 lbs hot bulk sausage
  • 2 lbs Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can evaporated milk, 16 oz
  • Tabasco to taste
  • 1 pkg dry garlic salad dressing mix
  • 1 large jar pimentos
  • Fresh tortilla chips

Preparation

Step 1

1. In skillet, crumble and cook sausage until well done. Drain grease; in double boiler, melt cheese. Add evaporated milk. Stir in sausage and seasonings; Heat thoroughly. Serve in chafing dish with tortilla chips.
