  • 2 chicken breast, boneless, skinless
  • 4 tablespoons wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs; dry, grated, seasoned
  • 1 teaspon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 10 sprays of "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter", spray

Step 1

Mix the bread crumbs, wheat germ, sugar, and other seasonings. Cut the two chicken breast lengthwise very carefully with a sharp knife so they become four chicken breasts, coat them with the spray butter, then coat them in the dry mixture, spary baking pan lightly with spray, place chicken on the pan and cover loosely with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes (or until juices run clear)
