Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 medium onion, cut in half and sliced thinly
- 1 Tablespoons minced fresh ginger
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 medium sized carrot, peeled and sliced very thin
- 2 cups broccolini
- 1 cup shredded green cabbage
- 1 red pepper, sliced thinly
- 8 oz seitan
- 2 T light miso
- 2 T tamari (soy sauce)
- 2 T rice vinegar
- Pinch crushed red pepper (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add onion and pepper and cook for 2 minutes. Add garlic and ginger. Cook 2 minutes. Add broccoli and seitan and cook for 2 more minutes. Mix miso into 1/4 cup warm water. Add tamari and rice vinegar. Stir to combine. Add to stir-fry and cook for 2 more minutes. Serve.
