- 1 lg can pumpkin
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 brown sugar
- 2 t. cinnamon
- 1 t. ginger
- 1/2 t cloves
- 3-4 large eggs
- 2 cans evap milk

Step 1
425*..for 15 min..350*..40-50 min..stir together dry ingredients..beat eggs in large bowl..stir in pumpkin and dry ingredients..gradually stir in milk..pour into 2 pie pans..bake at 450* for 15 min..reduce heat to 350* for 40-50 min till knife inserted in center comes out clean
