  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 3 Tblsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tblsp. minced shallot
  • 1 Tblsp. Dijon-style mustard
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Step 1

Whisk together all ingredients until blended.

Toss with lettuce to coat, as desired.
