Balsamic Mustard Vinaigrette
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 3 Tblsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tblsp. minced shallot
- 1 Tblsp. Dijon-style mustard
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation time 5mins
Cooking time 5mins
Whisk together all ingredients until blended.
Toss with lettuce to coat, as desired.
Refrigerate any remaining dressing.
