- 4 Large russet baking potatos
- 1 egg white
- seasonings, optional
- salt & pepper

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450.
Line a bakling sheet with non-stick aluminum foil well coated with canola oil.
Cut potatos into fries of desired thickness
Beat egg white until foamy. Pour beaten egg white in large bowl or zip loc bag.
Place fries and seasoning in bag/bowl and be sure to coat fries completely.
Spread fries evenly in a single layer on foil lined baking sheet.
Bake for approx 30 min turnign half way through.
