Ingredients

  • 1 can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups uncooked instand rice
  • 16 ounces skinned and boned uncooked chicken breast - cut into 36 pieces
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms, drainde
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. In prepared container combine chicken soup, dry onion soup mix, water, and uncooked rice. Stir in chicken, mushrooms and black pepper. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Gently stir just before serving.
