Chocolate Chip Peanut butter Cheesecake Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed chocolate graham crackers
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Knox Jello
  • 8 oz room temperature cream cheese
  • 7 oz condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Mix crumbs with melted butter and press into a 8x8 pan. Combine Knox Jello with 1 tablespoon water; let stand 5 minutes. Meanwhile beat cream cheese, peanut butter and milk. Microwave gelatin 20 seconds to melt; add to cream cheese mixture. Stir in Chocolate chips. Fill pan and freeze for 20 minutes. Cut into bite size squares.
