Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. 99% Fat Free Ground Turkey
- 3 – Taco Shells
- 1 Tbsp. Shredded Low Fat Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Knudsen Light Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Gardetto's Dark Red Kidney Beans-Canned
- 1 Tbsp. Rosarita Jalapeno Peppers Diced-Canned
- 1/2 cup Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
- 1/4 cup Chopped White Onion
- 1/2 cup Hunt's Diced Tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. Lawry's Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil

Step 1
1. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and ground turkey and cook until brown.
2. Add tomatoes, chilis, taco seasoning and undrained kidney beans.
3. Cover pan and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Warm the taco shells in oven according to package directions. Fill taco shells with meat mixture. Top with shredded lettuce, shredded cheese and sour cream before serving.
