Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup salt
- 1/4 cup ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients for the dry rub in a small mixing bowl. Rub the meat with dry rub. Wrap in plastic wrap and let marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
If not all rub is used seal in plastic bag and refrigerate.
