CHICKEN CORN CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 2 cans whole kernal corn
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • chopped cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup celery chopped
  • 1/2 cup onions chopped.
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 stack ritz crackers crumbled

Preparation

Step 1


preheat oven at 325 degrees. saute onions and celery. drain corn and put into casserole dish. mix cheese, celery soup, sour cream, chicken and sauteed celery and onions together and pour over corn. brown ritz crackers in butter and spread on top. put in oven and bake 30 to 45 minutes.
