Ingredients
- 1 head garlic cloves, peeled 7-10 cloves
- 1/2 c butte
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup leeeks
- 3/4 cup prociutto
- 1/2 cup oinion
- 1 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup flour
- 50 ml heavy whipping cream
- 2 large cubed potatoes cooked
- 2 T parsely
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions
1.Chop garlic in a food processor to a coarse paste, stopping occasionally to scrape the sides of the bowl.
2.Heat butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add the garlic paste and cook just until the paste begins to color, stirring constantly. stir in leeks ham onion.
Add chicken stock. Add flour to thicken

3.Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in the milk, cream and potato and simmer for another 30 minutes.
