Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon whole white peppercorns
- 1 cup red wine vinegar

Place herbs and spices in a sterilized glass container. Add vinegar and shake or stir well. Seal container tightly with a nonmetallic seal. Place container in a cool, dark place for 3 weeks. Strain. Pour strained vinegar into a sterilized glass container. Seal container tightly and store in a cool, dark place. Use within 4 months.
