Eggs--Spinach and Sausage Quiche

  • 1 10 in. unbaked pie shell
  • 1 Thawed spinach soufflé (Stouffer's)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 C half and half
  • 1/2 lb. cooked crumbled sausage
  • 1/2 C sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 lb. Swiss Cheese; coarsely shredded



Step 1

1. Cook sausage, drain
2. Mix egg and half and half
3. Combine thawed spinach soufflé, egg mixture, cooked sausage,
mushrooms, and Swiss cheese. Mix until well blended.
4. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 400 degrees for 45 min. or until set and golden brown on top.

Allow quiche to stand for 15 min. before cutting.
