Chili Garlic Stir-fried Greens

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. canola or peanut oil
  • 1 tsp. minced ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Thai chili, thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch Asian greens (I prefer Gai Lan)
  • 1/2 tsp. sesame oil

Preparation

Step 1

In large sauté pan over medium-high heat, place oil, ginger, garlic and chili. Cook, stirring frequently, for 1 minute to flavor the oil. Add in greens and stir-fry until just tender. Remove from heat and stir in sesame oil.
