  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 12 ice cubes
  • Garnish: fresh mint leaves

Combine first 5 ingredients in a container of an electric blender; process until smooth. Add ice cubes; process until frothy. Garnish, if desired. Serve immediately. Yield: 3 cups.
