Ingredients
- 1 T vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 (4oz) can chopped green chili peppers
- 2 tsp. gr. cumin
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. gr. cayenne pepper
- 2 (14.5 oz)cans chicken broth
- 3 C chopped chicken breast
- 3 15 oz. casn white beans
- 1 C shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Heat the oil over medium heat. Stir in onion until tender. Mix in garlic, green chilis, cumin, oregano and cayenne. Cook until tender--about 3 min. Mix in chicken broth, chicken, and white beans. Simmer 15 min.
Remove from heat. Slowly stir in cheese until melted. Serve warm.
