- 8 cups beef broth
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 2 T fresh basil, slices
- 1 package prepared tortellini
- salt and pepper

Method:
Combine the beef and chicken broths and bring to a boil. Add tortellini and cook according to instructions on the package.
Adjust the seasonings and mix basil into the soup. Serve immediately.
