The Flaming B52 with Kahlúa, Irish Cream, and Grand Mariner … a flaming liquid dessert.
- 1/2 oz coffee liqueur
- 1/2 oz Irish cream
- 1/2 oz Grand Marnier® orange liqueur
- 1 dash Bacardi® 151 rum
First pour the coffee liqueur into the shot glass; next, slowly pour in the Irish cream over the back of a spoon and allow it to settle on top of the coffee liqueur; finally, (again slowly) pour the Grand Marnier over the back of a spoon into the glass. Add the dash of 151, light it with a match, and while the shot is still flaming, quickly place a straw to the bottom of the glass and drink quickly.
