Pine Nut and Honey Spread

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 c pine nuts
• 1 1/4 c honey
• 2 1/2 t fine grated orange zest
• 1/2 t ground cloves or ground cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Sterilize jars
In 4 c glass measuring cup combine all and stir to mix well.
Pour hone into jar and seal with lid.
Store at room temp upt o 2 months. Mix well before using.
