  • 2/3 cup hot water
  • 1 box (10 pks) swiss miss hot cocoa mix
  • 1 jar (18oz) creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 cups crushed vanilla wafers

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together water and cocoa mix in large bowl until smooth. Stir in peanut butter and corn syrup. Add 2 cups powdered sugar, blend. Stir in vanilla wafers. Spray large piece wax paper with cooking spray. Drop heaping teaspoonfuls of chocolate mix onto paper. Place remaining powdered sugar in shallow dish. Form each piece of chocolate mix into ball and roll in sugar. Chill at least 1 hour.
