Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coarse kosher salt
  • 5 t. Sriracha

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the salt with the Sriracha and mix thoroughly.

Spread the mixture out evenly on a baking dish and set in a warm, dry location.

Let dry for 2 days.

Store in a moisture proof container
