Cinnamon Honey Bun Coffee Cake in a Mug

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 1/3 cup yellow cake mix
• 2 teaspoons oil
• 1 Tablespoon water
• 1 egg white
• 2 teaspoons brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon finely chopped pecans
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

In a mug, mix the cake mix with oil, water and egg white. Whisk well.

Sprinkle topping on top and cook on high in the microwave for 2 minutes.
