Ingredients
- 2 c. flat leaf parsley
- 3/4 c. shelled pistachios
- 1 t. fresh thyme
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3/4 evoo
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
combine parsley, pistachios, thyme and garlic in food processor, blend til finely chopped. whit machine running , gradually add evoo until well blended. season with salt and pepper
