Ingredients
- 1 small package dry butterbeans
- 3 to 4 cups cubed potatoes
- 2 12 oz. cans creamed style corn
- 2 12 oz. cans garden peas
- 1 to 2 cans stewed tomatoes, to tast of family
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the package of dry butterbeans adding the cubed potatoes just before butterbeans are done.
Add:
ceamed style corn, garden peas and stewed tomatoes.
Simmer gently with bacon drippings about 30 minutes.
