Ingredients
- 1/4cup1/4 cup plus 2 T caramel topping, divided
- 11 graham cracker crust
- 1/2cup1/2 cup plus 2 T pecan pieces, divided
- 1cup1 cup cold milk
- 2pkgs2 pkgs (4 serv each) vanilla instant pudding
- 1cup1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1t1 t cinnamon
- 1/2t1/2 t nutmeg
- 8oz8 oz cool whip, thawed and divided

Preparation
Step 1
Pour 1/4 cup caramel topping into crust; sprinkle with /2 cup pecans. Beat milk, dry pudding mixes, pumpkin and spices with whisk until blended. Stir in 1 1/2 cups cool whip. Spread into crust. Top with remaining cool whip. Refrigerate 1 hour. Top with pecans and drizzle remaining caramel with fork over top.
