Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 large eggs, divided
- 3/4 cup sugar, divided
- 2 t vanilla, divided
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- Frozen 9" deep dish pie crust

Preparation
Step 1
Beat cream cheese, 1 egg, ½ cup sugar, 1 t vanilla and salt at medium speed until smooth. Pour cream cheese mix into piecrust, sprinkle evenly with pecans. Whisk together corn syrup, 3 eggs, ¼ cup sugar and 1 t vanilla. Pour over pecans. Place pie on baking sheet. Bake at 350 on lowest oven rack for 50-55 minutes or until pie is set. Cool 1 hour.
