Glazed Ham with Pineapple Dijon Sauce

Ingredients

  • 5 lb boneless fully cooked ham
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1 undrained 20 oz can crushed pineapple

Preparation

Step 1

Mix brown sugar, maple syrup and dijon mustard together in small bowl. Bake ham at 350 for 2 hours or until heated through (140 degrees) brushing occasionally with 1/2 cup of the syrup mixture after 1 1/2 hours.

Remove ham and tent with foil.

Mix remaining syrup mixture with cornstarch and pineapple in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 5 minutes or until thickened. Serve on side with ham.
