  • 3 TBLS. cornstarch
  • 1 1/3 c. water
  • 1 (14 oz.) can eagle brand condense milk
  • 3 eggs yolk
  • 2 TBLS. butter
  • 1 tsp.vanilla
  • 1 9 inch baked pie shell
  • 3 medium banana's sliced and dipped in lemon juice from concentrate and drained


Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 25mins


Step 1

in double boiler dissolve cornstarch in water; stir in eagle brand milk and egg yolks. Cook and stir until thicken and bubbly. Remove from heat : add butter and vanilla : cool slightly arrange 2 sliced banana's on bottom of pie shell .Pour filling over banana's ; cover

Chill 4 hrs. or until set put cool whip or meringue on top and slice banana's on top.
