Seafood: Peel and Eat Steamed Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup beer
  • 1 lb. shrimp, in shells

Preparation

Step 1

In saucepan, combine all ingredients except the shrimp. Bring to a Boil
Add shrimp, stir gently, cover, steam until tender about 3-5 minutes. Drain and remove shells.
