Ingredients
- Salad:
- 2-3 cooked chicken breasts
- 1/3 pkg. Maifun (rice sticks)
- 1/3 pkg. won ton
- 1 can Mandarin oranges slices
- sliced almonds or honey sesame cashews
- 5 stalks green onion
- 1 head lettuce, shredded
- 2 T toasted white sesame seeds
- Dressing:
- 1/3 c seasoned rice vinegar
- 1/3 cup salad oil
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1 t. sesame oil
- 1 t. salt
Preparation
Step 1
Shred chicken. Deep fry maifun according to pkg. directions. Cut won ton into strips and deep fry. Cut green onions into 1 1/2" pieces, then lengthwise into small strips. Toast sesame seeds in frying pan. Put all salad ingredients in large bowl
Combine all dressing ingredients, shake well and chill. Dress just prior to serving.
