Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1 t salt
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t vanilla
- 5 qt. popped popcorn

Step 1
Place popcorn in very large bowl. In saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil without stirring 4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda and vanilla. Pour in thin stream over popcorn, stirring to coat. Place in 2 large baking dishes and bake at 250, stirring every 15 minutes for a total of 1 hour. Remove from oven and let cool completely before breaking into pieces.
