Ingredients
- 3/4 cup white rice
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 cups half and half
- 1 t vanilla

Step 1
Combine rice, water and salt in saucepan and simmer, covered, until all water is absorbed. Stir in honey and half and half; simmer uncovered, stirring often until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender, about 30 minutes. Stir in vanilla.
