    head romaine lettuce chopped

  • 4

    nice ripe tomatoes cut into wedges

  • 12

    slices of nice thick cut bacon cooked and cut into bitesize pieces

  • 2

    green onions, chopped

  • Dressing

  • 3/4

    cup good Mayo

  • 1

    tbs vinegar

  • 1/4

    cup veg oil

  • 1/4

    tsp coarse ground black pepper

Directions

Put the lettuce, tomatoes, onions and bacon in a salad bowl. whisk together dressing ingredients and pour over greens and toss....This tastes just like a BLT sandwich.
