Best Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 1 lb. hamburger (80% lean)
• 3/4 c. corn flake crumbs
• 1/2 c. onion,chopped
• 1 egg
• 1/4 c. canned evaporated milk
• 1/4 c. catsup
• 2 T. Heinz 57 sauce
• Salt and Pepper to taste
• Topping
• 1/3 c. catsup
• 1 T. yellow mustard
• 1 T. brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

To hamburger, add egg and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Put in a loaf pan or shape into a loaf and put on a foil lined cookie sheet(if you like a browner edged loaf) Bake in 350-375 degree oven.
