Ingredients
- Crepes:
- 3 eggs
- 1 c milk
- 3/4 c flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Sauce:
- 1/2 c butter
- 2/3 c sugar
- 1 tsp grated orange peel
- 1/3 c cointreau

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs and milk together.
Beat in next 3 ingreds.
Make Crepes.......
Fold each crepe into quarters and set aside.
In a large frying pan or chafing dish, melt butter add sugar and orange peel, cook until mixture bubbles.
Place folded crepes in sauce, cook 5 mins or until sugar caramelizes. Baste occasionally with sauce. Pour Cointreau over top and ignite.
serve immediately.
