Ingredients

  • Crepes:

  • 3

    eggs

  • 1

    c milk

  • ¾

    c flour

  • 1

    tbsp sugar

  • ¼

    tsp salt

  • Sauce:

  • ½

    c butter

  • c sugar

  • 1

    tsp grated orange peel

  • c cointreau

Directions

Beat eggs and milk together. Beat in next 3 ingreds. Make Crepes....... Fold each crepe into quarters and set aside. In a large frying pan or chafing dish, melt butter add sugar and orange peel, cook until mixture bubbles. Place folded crepes in sauce, cook 5 mins or until sugar caramelizes. Baste occasionally with sauce. Pour Cointreau over top and ignite. serve immediately.
