UPSIDE-DOWN CHICKEN POT PIE

  • I1 pkg. flaky buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 box frozen mixed vegetables,( thawed)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 pkg. Knorr pasta sides-chicken
  • 2 cups cut up chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1 . Preheat oven to 450 spray a deep dish pie pan with nonstick cooking spray. Pull apart biscuits and press on bottom and upsides the pan. Bake bake 8 mins. Until biscuits are golden brown
2. Bring vegetables ,water and milk to a boil in a medium pan. Stir in Knorr pasta sides - chicken and return to a boil Reduce heat and cook for 8 mins. Untill pasta is tender. Stir in chicken and 1 cup cheese.
3. Spoon into piecrust. Then sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese. Bake uncovered 10 mins or until cheese is melted.
