Ingredients
- 2 shallots, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. capers, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp. sherry vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix everything together, adding olive oil slowly. Let sit to allow flavours to blend.
