Pan Seared Maple Trout

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp veg oil
  • 3 pieces of trout
  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Add oil to pan over medium high heat.
Season trout with salt and pepper place skin side down, cook for 2 mins till skin is crispy. Flip fish and add syrup and juice and cook for another few mins.

remove fish, and reservce the juices to drizzle over the fish.
