Ingredients
- 5 LBS potatoes
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 heaping TBS Crisco (butter flavor)
- 1 TBS sugar
- 2 cups flour
- Dash of salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook potatoes and dash of salt until done, but not over done. Put through a ricer (so there aren't any lumps)
2. Add sugar, butter, and Crisco mix; let cool until Luke warm mix 2 cups flour in potato mixture.
3. Roll out very thin on a floured surface, brown both sides on a Lefsa iron @460 until golden brown.
