Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 cup celery, chopped (2 large stalks)
- 4 eggs hard cooked, sliced
- 1 10 oz. package frozen peas, uncooked and thawed
- 1/2 cup diced green pepper (1/2 pepper)
- 8 slices bacon, fried, crumbled or 1 jar Bacos
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 4 oz. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Tear lettuce into bit size pieces and place in deep bowl. Layer ingredients in order listed. Add sugar to mayonnaise, spread on top as frosting. Top with grated cheese, cover and refrigerate 8 to 10 hours. Garnish with additional bacon.
