- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 t garlic salt
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite size pieces
- 8 oz ricotta cheese
- 14 uncooked manicotti shells
- 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
Spread a 1/3 of spaghetti sauce in baking dish. Mix ricotta cheese with chicken and sprinkle garlic salt on mixture. Insert chicken mix into uncooked manicotti shells, stuffing from each end of shell to fill if necessary. Place shells on spaghetti sauce in dish. Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over top of shells, covering completely. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake covered at 350 for 1 hour.
