Ingredients

    lbs ground beef, cooked and drained

  • 2 1/2

    cups spaghetti sauce

  • 8

    oz spaghetti noodles, cooked and drained

  • 3

    T butter

  • 2

    T all purpose flour

  • 1/2

    t salt

  • 1 1/2

    cup milk

  • 6

    oz shredded cheddar cheese, divided

  • 1/4

    cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1

    can sliced mushrooms

  • 1

    cup sliced black olives

Directions

Combine ground beef, mushrooms, olives and spaghetti sauce in skillet. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in spaghetti noodles and set aside. In sauce pan, melt butter. Stir in flour and salt until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until sauce thickens. Remove from heat; stir in ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese until melted. Place half spaghetti mixture in sprayed casserole dish. Top with cheese sauce and remaining spaghetti mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
