Creamy Mediterranean Pasta Salad

  • 1 pkg garden pasta spirals
  • 1 jar Classico creamy alfredo sauce
  • 1/4 cup Heinz gourmet salad vinegar
  • 2 t italian seasoning
  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 6 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 pkg chicken strips, cut



Step 1

Cook pasta according to directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. In large bowl, whisk together alfredo sauce, vinegar and seasoning. Add cooked pasta, spinach, tomatoes and yellow pepper, toss until well coated. Add chicken and toss. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. When ready to serve, spoon feta cheese on top.
