Ingredients

  • 2 cups yogurt (Greek is best)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. ground coriander
  • 1 1/2 tsp. mint sauce
  • 1 bunch mint, chopped
  • 2 English cucumbers, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 hot green chile, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Place yogurt in medium sized bowl and whisk until creamy. Add salt, honey, coriander and mint sauce and whisk again. Set aside.

Combine the mint, cucumber, tomatoes, chile pepper and onion and water.

Pour yogurt over top and refrigerate for 2 hours to allow flavours to blend.
