Yummy Dessert Shells

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pkg. frozen mango pieces, thawed
  • 1/2 lime, zested and juiced
  • 2 1/2 tsp. icing sugar
  • 2 cups frozen French vanilla yogurt

Preparation

Step 1

Dice ½ cup of the mango chunks and reserve. Combine the remaining mango, lime zest, lime juice and icing sugar in a bowl and purée until smooth.

Fill each dessert shell with a small scoop of the frozen yogurt. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of the mango sauce. Garnish with the reserve diced mango and serve immediately.

Variations:

Raspberry and orange juice/zest, orange frozen yogurt
Blueberry with lime juice/zest, lime frozen yogurt
Strawberries with lemon juice/zest
Rhubarb with orange or lemon. (add extra sugar)
