OVEN ROASTED POTATOS

Ingredients

• 1 envelope Lipton secrets onion soup mix
• 4 medium potatoes cut large chunks
• 1/3 cup EVOO

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 425. In a 9x13 inch baking pan, or roasting pan. Combine all ingredients.
2. Bake, stirring occasionally, bake 35 mins or until potatoes are tender.
