Pizza Dough (bread machine)

Ingredients

  • 1 3/8 cups water
  • 1 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 cups bread flour or whole wheat flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar or honey
  • 2 Tbsp. dry milk
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 4 tsp. wheat gluten (if using whole wheat flour)
  • 2 tsp. Active dry yeast (bread machine yeast)

Preparation

Step 1

Spray pan of bread machine with Pam.

Place ingredients into pan in the following order:
water
salt
flour
gluten
dry milk
sugar/honey
yeast
margarine

Set to dough/pizza setting on machine. When the dough is ready, roll it out with a rolling pin. Dust pan with cornmeal, and place crust in pan.

Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and top with your favorite sauces/ ingredients. Return to the oven and continue baking till done, approx. 15 minutes.

Allow to rest for 5 minutes. then cut and serve.
