Pizza Crust

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 8 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2/3 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine flour, salt, and baking powder. Add water and 6 tablespoons olive oil. Mix well.

Knead for 2 minutes on a lightly floured board. Roll into a ball.

Place ball on a lightly floured pizza pan and press into a circle. Make rim. Brush with remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil.

Bake at 375* for 15 minutes.
