Ingredients
- 2 c cubed cooked chicken (2 pieces)
- 1 medium unpeeled red apple chopped
- 3/4 c dried cranberries
- 1/2 c thinly sliced celery
- 1/4 c chopped pecans
- 2 tbsp thinly sliced green onions
- 3/4 c mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 2 tsp line juice
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 12 slices bread or mini pita buns

Step 1
In a bowl, conbine the first six ingredients. Combine mayo, lime juice, and curry powder, add to chicken mixture and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
