  • 2 c cubed cooked chicken (2 pieces)
  • 1 medium unpeeled red apple chopped
  • 3/4 c dried cranberries
  • 1/2 c thinly sliced celery
  • 1/4 c chopped pecans
  • 2 tbsp thinly sliced green onions
  • 3/4 c mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2 tsp line juice
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 12 slices bread or mini pita buns

Step 1

In a bowl, conbine the first six ingredients. Combine mayo, lime juice, and curry powder, add to chicken mixture and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
